Setup covers onboarding and launch: your kickoff call, building and configuring your website, setting up AI chat, online booking, and automated emails, and connecting your domain. On Growth and Prestige, we also set up your Command Center account with your services and team. Later redesigns, extra pages, or custom work are quoted separately.

Setup is a one-time fee: $199 / $299 / $399 for Foundation / Growth / Prestige, charged with your first payment. It's half off on 3- and 6-month terms and waived on a 12-month term.

Usually about 1 to 2 weeks after your walkthrough, once we have your content (services, photos, and business details). We'll agree on a go-live date with you on the walkthrough.

Month to month renews each month, and you can cancel anytime. To cancel, email contact@novabooking.online from the account owner's email with your business name (or use the cancel option in a billing portal, when available). We confirm by email within 2 business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, you keep access until then, and it never requires a phone call.

A 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitment lowers your setup fee (half off on 3 and 6 months, waived on 12), and 6 and 12 months also take 5% and 10% off each month. We email you at least 30 days before a commitment ends. After it ends, your plan continues month to month at the regular rate until you cancel or choose a new commitment.

You can cancel a commitment early, but the discounts are given in exchange for the full term. If you leave early, you pay the difference between what you paid and the regular month-to-month price for the months you used, plus the unpaid part of any setup fee that was halved or waived. You owe nothing for months you don't use. A 3-month term has no monthly discount, so only the setup savings apply. Our Terms (Section 6) have the full details.

Setup fees aren't refundable once work begins, which is at your kickoff call or when we start your build, whichever comes first. If you cancel in writing before work begins, we refund the setup fee in full.

Otherwise, payments aren't refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or time left after you cancel. We do refund or credit amounts charged in error, prepaid fees for unused time if you end your plan because we materially breach our Terms and don't fix it within 15 days of your written notice, and anything the law requires. See Section 6 of our Terms.

Our first 15 clients get Foundation, Growth, or Prestige at $129 / $249 / $399 per month with no setup fee. Founding pricing requires a 6- or 12-month commitment; it isn't available month to month or on a 3-month term. Your founding price is locked for 12 months from your start date, and your order confirms that you're a founding client.

On a 6-month founding term, months 7 to 12 continue month to month at the founding price, and you can cancel during that time without an early-exit amount. On either term, starting in month 13 your plan moves to the regular month-to-month price unless you choose a new commitment.

Nova is one all-in-one platform built in-house to replace separate tools: your website, AI chat, online booking, and automated emails, plus Command Center (CRM and your business dashboard) on Growth and Prestige. Most businesses don't need a separate booking, CRM, or reminder app.

Online card payments for your Nova plan run through Stripe. If you rely on a specific tool today, ask on your walkthrough and we'll tell you honestly how it fits.

Online booking works with your list of services. On Growth and Prestige, Command Center keeps your services and your team in one place, with a shared team calendar, and each appointment can be assigned to a team member.

You own your business content, logo, and domain, and your client data is yours too. Nova owns the website design, code, and platform, as our Terms describe.

When your subscription ends, you can request an export of your data for 30 days by emailing contact@novabooking.online. If your account is paid up, we'll help transfer your domain and hand over your content, including text, images, and service lists.
